    We'll review your application

    A real human reads every application. You'll usually hear back from us within 7 days.

    Short video call

    If your profile looks like a fit, we'll send a Calendly link for a friendly 20-minute video call.

    Acceptance & deposit

    Once accepted, a 25% refundable deposit holds your seat. We'll then send your onboarding pack with packing list, host family, and arrival logistics.
